Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase. However, we also understand sometime the purchase may not 100% match your expectation during the exploring journey with it. In that case, you are welcome to make a return with the following terms and conditions:

  1. A Product can be returned only in the country or region in which it was originally purchased;
  2. A return for refund can be made within the first 30 days of your order date, with the proof of purchase presented;
  3. The product should be returned in the exact conditions you received from Askey. That means it should be returned together with all accessories, manuals and cards by using original packages. All the personal data and/or items not originally pertaining to the product should be deleted and removed from the device and the box containing it before it is shipped out.
  4. Proper and safe package of your return is required to avoid the loss and damage might be caused during the transportation;
  5. All refunds will be issued in its original payment method, while up to 2 weeks should be allowed for the transaction process.
  6. Please note that a return made after 30 days from purchase will apply to our Warranty Policy listed on our official website dynalink.life.
