Introduction

This page sets out the Privacy Policy of Dynalink (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Dynalink”) and explains how Dynalink uses your personal data (meaning any information about you which is personally identifiable (such as your name, email address, video and audio signals and data)) (“Personal Data”). This Privacy Policy applies to Dynalink’s websites and mobile applications (the “Site(s)”)

By providing your Personal Data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies and procedures described in this Privacy Policy. 

What personal data do we collect about you?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of any personal data that you may submit to our Sites. There may be times when we require personal data about you or when you wish to disclose such personal data to us.  Such personal data is obtained only when voluntarily submitted by you and is subject to the provisions set out on this page.

 We may collect and process the following personal data about you, including but not limited to:

  • Data that you provide by filling in forms on our Sites.  This includes data provided at the time of registering to use the registration-only sections of our Sites;
  • We may also ask you for personal data (e.g. when you report a problem with our Sites);

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – you have the right to request Dynalink for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – you have the right to request that Dynalink corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Dynalink to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – you have the right to request that Dynalink erases your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – you have the right to request that Dynalink restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – you have the right to object to Dynalink’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – you have the right to request that Dynalink transfers the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Passwords and Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect the information that you submit and view through our Sites. Please note that no website or application is 100% secure, and you should implement certain measures (e.g., password protection) to assist in the protection of the personal information you upload and store on your device. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name for our Sites and you are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using our Sites and we will not be liable if and when your password or user name is used by someone else.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in Dynalink’s opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of the present terms or the Terms and Conditions of use of our Sites .

How will we use your Personal data?

We are collecting personal data about you via our Sites to:

  • download relevant brand content, when you choose to do so;
  • ensure that content from our Sites is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;
  • provide you with information that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; and
  • notify you about changes to our Sites and branding which may be relevant to you.

Will we share your personal data with third parties?

We may share your personal information with third parties for the purposes of operating Dynalink’s business, delivering, improving, and customizing Dynalink’s solutions, sending marketing and other communications related to Dynalink’s business, and for other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable laws or otherwise with your consent. 

Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Taiwan and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Taiwan and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Dynalink will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Our Sites may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Sites. The provisions contained in this Privacy Policy supersede all previous notices or policies regarding our privacy practices with respect to our Sites. Please check the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on our Sites.
